Eric Trump, Vice President of the Trump Organization, announced that cryptocurrency payments will be accepted for real estate transactions at the company’s $1 billion luxury development in Dubai. The project, a collaboration with London-listed Dar Global, includes a Trump-branded hotel, residential units, and ultra-luxury penthouses priced at $20.4 million each.

Located at the entrance of Downtown Dubai on Sheikh Zayed Road, the development signals both the Trump brand’s expansion into the Middle East and institutional adoption of crypto for high-value transactions. Completion is slated within five years.
